You can register with our website if you would like to receive updates on our products and services. Information you submit to other areas of our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.
 
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Our online orders are processed through a secure gateway. The secure gateway, hosted by PayPal.com, ensures that credit card information is encrypted, and therefore protected, while en route. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have engaged appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.


Children's Privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.


Order Status

Most orders are shipped the next business day, once your credit card has been verified. PLEASE NOTE: Each credit card will pass through security verification. We require that the correct Bill To and Ship To addresses for each order be on file with the issuing bank of the credit card selected for the order. We will notify you by email when your order is processed; this notification will provide the ship date, carrier and shipping tracking number, if available. You will also be notified if part of your order is backordered.


Pricing

Costs quoted are in United States Denominations (USD). Orders of foreign monies will be processed by the credit-card processing center at the current daily exchange rate.


Shipping

Costs quoted are for ground shipments within the continental United States (contiguous 48 states). A residential delivery is defined as a location that is a home, including a business operating out of a home, that does not have an entrance open to the public. Flat-rate shipping does not apply to orders shipping to destinations outside the continental United States. You will be notified of the actual shipping cost and approval must be confirmed before the order will be processed.

Our flat-rate shipping charges are:
  • 1-2 Books/DVDs: $12.00
  • 3-6 Books/DVDs: $14.00
  • 1-3 Charts $12.00
  • 4-6 Charts $14.00


For shipping out of the United States: we will determine actual shipping costs and add those fees to your order.

If we are charged by our shipping carrier for corrections/additions to the ship-to address information which you provide, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for these additional fees. Examples of these fees are: residential deliveries, address number, zip code or suite-number corrections. The exact detail will be noted on the credit-card electronic notification sent to your email address at the time the additional charge is processed.


Sales Tax

Appropriate sales tax is added to your order, based on Pickaway County, Ohio; the current tax rate is 7.25%. Businesses in Ohio that are tax-exempt must provide a tax-exempt certificate; otherwise, sales tax will be charged. This certificate can be E-mailed to our office prior to shipment; no credit for shipping charges will be given once the order has shipped.


Payment Options

We accept all credit cards. We also accept money orders and PayPal payments. All checks and/or money orders must be in US dollars. Business and personal checks by mail are also accepted, but orders are not shipped until checks clear the bank.


Returned-Check Policy

An additional fee of $35 will be charged for any checks refused or returned by your bank for insufficent funds.


Warranties

All items are sold have a 30-day warranty; if the item proves defective, we will replace it with an item of equal or greater value.



Damage Claims

Please do not accept cartons that have been damaged in transit unless the damages are noted by you on your delivery receipt. Follow the same procedure if the number of cartons received differs from what is shown on your packing list. All claims for in-transit damage and shortages must be filed with the carrier.


Purchase Orders/Open Invoices

We do not accept purchase orders or open invoices.


Return Policy

Goods may be returned for exchange or credit only if the items prove defective. To qualify for a return/credit, all merchandise must be in new condition, in original boxes, and with all hardware and packing material. Missing materials and parts are subject to replacement cost of the item(s). A minimum of $10.00 will be charged for these item(s).

The customer is responsible for the all the shipping charges when returning goods and any damaged/lost shipments caused by your carrier. We will not exchange/credit/refund damaged or lost items.



Cancelled Orders

Orders cancelled after shipment of the item(s) to the customer are subject the standard return-policy terms and conditions stated on this page.


Refused Delivery

Deliveries refused after shipment of the item(s) to the customer are subject the standard return-policy terms and conditions stated on this page.

We reserve the right to deduct from the refund, invoice you, or charge your credit card to acquire the total shipment charges billed to us for the return of the refused-delivery order. This includes any and all actual costs occurred in the shipment, and the return of the items(s), including any charges from our shippers and/or fees levied by customs.
